Embree House Wedding Cakes has a goal of making delicious and elegant wedding cakes that will fit into every bride's budget.  We bake and decorate cakes for our brides the same way we have baked and decorated wedding cakes for our own family!

Patricia Stern

Patricia started decorating cakes almost 40 years ago, long before anyone had ever heard of the Cake Boss or Ace of Cakes.  She has taught herself everything she knows about cake decorating.  It started with simple birthday cakes for her children, expanded into decorating cakes professionally for caterers, and resulted in her owning her own business, Embree House Wedding Cakes.  Her tried and true recipes were tested on some of the toughest critics--her family of seven.  She shares her creative talent today with many brides who not only compliment the look of their wedding cakes but also rave about the fabulous, moist taste.  Her family has now grown to 26, including 14 grandchildren, who don't hesitate to ask grandma to bring one of her beautiful cakes for a special occasion.

Ginine Argueta

From a young age, Ginine could be found following her mom around the kitchen trying to "help" in any way she could.  This included making cakes for whatever holiday was approaching.  Her first attempts, which you will not find pictures of on this website :), came before she even reached the age of double digits.  After much improvement, she first started getting paid to decorate cakes while in college.  She continued to learn the art of cake decorating from her mother over her summer breaks during her teaching career.  It is a dream come true to now be able to focus all of her attention, passion and free time on making cakes while raising her two daughters.
