It is difficult to give a price for a cake without knowing the design. We would be happy
to give you an estimate by email or telephone if you know what flavors you like, an idea of
the design, and how many people you want to serve. If you can email us a picture, it is
even easier for us to give you an estimate.

Tasting and consultation
Our basic flavors are chocolate, almond or butter cake with chocolate, almond or
buttercream icing. You can choose any combination of these cake flavors and icings at our
basic price. There is a slightly higher charge for other flavors.

We offer FREE delivery and setup to Jonesborough, Johnson City and Greeneville areas for
orders over $175. You won't have anything to worry about except enjoying your cake!
Delivery charges to other areas are based on distance.

We offer FREE use of one of our beautiful trays or silver pedestals. These are costly if
you have to rent one from a party supply store. We allow you to use one of ours at no
additional charge! It adds a special touch to your wedding cake.

We do not charge an extra fee if you would like us to arrange fresh flowers on your cake.
All you need to do is have your florist leave flowers at the cake table by the delivery time

Reserving the date
To reserve the date of your wedding and as a deposit on our trays and pedestals. we
require a $200 deposit. This check is held until after the wedding when all our trays have
been returned. It is then refunded to you. We DO NOT hold a date for you until the
deposit has been received!

Payment
Payment for the cakes is due two weeks prior to the date of the wedding.
Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled within 120 days of the wedding, the deposit is forfeited.
We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards through PayPal. If you are paying with
your credit or debit card by PayPal, there is an additional 3% fee for all transactions. You
must confirm the total amount with Embree House Wedding Cakes before using PayPal.
