Reservations/Policies:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
Deposits are refunded if cancellation notice is given
14 days prior to arrival date except for race, holiday,
storytelling and special event dates. Those dates
require a 60-day cancellation notice prior to arrival
date. (Refundable thereafter if room can be booked.)
Cash, checks and most major credit cards are
accepted.
If paying by credit card, it must be done through our
website and the balance due after deposit must be
paid seven days prior to arrival.
Prior to making deposit, your reservation must
be confirmed by telephone. Please call
423-913-3812 for reservations.
Arrival time is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. unless prior
arrangements are made with innkeepers. Departure
time is 11 a.m.
Well-behaved children 13 years of age and older are
welcome.
Smoking is permitted on the grounds, but the house
itself is smoke-free.
We are sorry, pets cannot be accommodated. We are
happy to provide you with the names and numbers of
area kennels.
